Maartje van Asten
Maartje has been a lawyer since 2002. She started her career at CMS Derks Star Busmann and then spent more than 9 years as a partner at a medium-sized Amsterdam law firm. Since 2023, Maartje has been associated with BINGH Advocaten. Maartje is a specialist in the field of employment law in the broadest sense of the word.
Maartje’s practice consists of advising, negotiating and litigating, assisting companies, directors and individuals. Maartje has extensive experience in handling complex employment law issues, ranging from reorganizations and employee participation processes to integrity investigations and individual dismissal cases.
Maartje is strategically strong and therefore able to solve a problem in a fast and practical manner in the interest of her clients. Her way of working is characterized by enthusiasm and drive with a no-nonsense mentality, with which Maartje lays the foundation for many years of cooperation with her clients.
