Marissa Brinks
Marissa began practising as a lawyer in 2016. Her expertise is in the area of intellectual property law, in particular: trademark and design law, and copyright. Marissa also advises companies and private individuals on general matters pertaining to liability law, law of obligations and procedural law.

- Filing legal proceedings to enforce IP rights, nationally and internationally
- Filing opposition and revocation or cancellation actions in the Benelux and with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO)
